Soprize: a refund review and a bank dispute have different account consequences
Soprize publishes a refund procedure, but a qualifying refund request and a payment dispute are treated differently. Its August 21, 2026 refund policy, checked September 8, describes exceptions for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges subject to fraud review, and Gold Coins not delivered because of a verified technical failure.
The refund clock starts with the charge
The policy gives 60 days from the charge to contact support with the transaction and issue details. Its stated aim is to review the request within five business days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method and can take additional time to appear.
That is a review target, not a five-day guarantee of money arriving. The document excludes change of mind, dissatisfaction with game outcomes, and misunderstanding the currencies from its listed grounds. No qualifying refund request or receiving-account entry is recorded in our first-hand section.
A chargeback can affect more than the disputed purchase
Section 15 of the August 10 terms reserves account suspension during a chargeback. If the dispute is decided against Soprize, the clause allows permanent suspension and forfeiture of the remaining balance, including amounts unrelated to that transaction, to the extent permitted by law.
It also says suspension does not automatically end if the dispute is resolved in Soprize’s favor. This describes the company’s asserted policy, not a conclusion about the enforceability of that clause or an instruction to surrender payment-dispute rights. We have not observed it being applied to this account.
Entry method and redemption method answer different questions
The official rules, dated April 30, expressly apply the same one-time playthrough and redemption conditions to mail-in SC as to other SC credits. Wallet progress is the stated place to check playthrough.
The rules require a US-issued government ID and selfie for redemption and leave minimums specific to the selected payment method on the redemption page. They also list achievements, codes, tournaments, and a tiered daily reward among entry opportunities. A list of earning routes does not supply one universal cashout minimum, and the test entry currently has no transaction establishing which method was available to us.
