Ocean King: our historical inquiry ended in a delivery failure
Our August 24, 2026 historical inquiry to Ocean King did not reach a successful delivery outcome. Gmail first reported temporary delivery problems on August 25 and 26, then issued a final message-not-delivered notice on August 27.
A failed delivery is different from ignored support
The notices said the recipient server was not accepting the connection. That is direct evidence about this email attempt. It does not establish that an agent read the question and refused to answer, or that every support channel was unavailable.
The question concerned the first publicly usable US prize-redemption product and which brand or domain a launch date applied to. Because delivery failed, the thread contains no operator confirmation resolving that history. Our own research summary inside the outgoing email is not a first-party answer from Ocean King.
The public terms could not be read in this check
On September 8, our attempts to inspect oceanking.io and its terms route did not produce readable policy text. We have not borrowed payment conditions from a similarly named fishing game, another casino domain, or an unverified summary to fill that gap.
