Spin4America: the closure-refund clause can replace unpaid prizes
Spin4America’s terms contain a discretionary closure-and-refund clause that can cancel unpaid prizes even without an allegation that the player broke the rules. That condition deserves attention before the site’s larger comeback-offer headlines.
What the closure calculation says
The terms of service, effective March 25, 2026 and checked September 8, say the operator may elect to refund Gold Coin purchase payments it received, minus the value of prizes already delivered. It treats the refund as tendered when initiated.
Under section 2.h, tendering that refund cancels coin balances and pending or unpaid prizes. The clause can operate after a displayed win or completed verification. This is a statement of the operator’s terms, not a finding that it has used the clause against our account or that every part is legally enforceable.
The same terms separately cap eligible winnings attributed to each defined sign-up or daily-login free-coin bonus at 100 SC, with separate tracking and excess forfeiture. They exclude postal entries and purchase-associated SC from those particular caps. A displayed balance can therefore have conditions tied to how its coins were obtained.
The return invitation cannot predict a game result
The September 2 email sent to our account used a 77-free-spin subject line and described a return offer. Its body suggested that players often step away just before a session turns. That promotional suggestion does not establish that the next spin is more likely to win, or that our own previous play was approaching a favorable result.
We have not verified activation, the spin denomination, or winnings from that invitation. Some offer detail was conveyed through images, so the reviewed text alone should not be treated as a complete package specification. We have not added the headline’s spin count to the daily SC record.
What our account actually recorded
The August 16–22 display has matching positive SC claims on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, with the remaining days unfilled. That is a partial week of collection, preceding the September return message. It does not show a complete streak, a mission result, or an eligible prize followed through to payment.
