What the law says

RSA 647:2 grades unlawful gambling from misdemeanor (permitting gambling on one's premises, gambling, possessing gambling machines) up to class B felony for business-scale operations (gross gambling revenue of $2,000+ in a day, operations exceeding 10 days, or wagers over $5,000 in 30 days) and for promoting gambling machines (mandatory fine of at least $5,000 per day per machine).
