Setting up a lottery: fine of one thousand dollars and imprisonment for one year (§ 16-19-10). Unlawful games/betting: players face up to 30 days or a fine up to $100; operators face up to twelve months imprisonment and forfeiture up to two thousand dollars (§ 16-19-40).
